Cold, snow, ice, frost . . . not only on the trails, but on the camera too! I took my Olympus C3030Z on the trails because it's small and has good resolution. It's a great camera, but really wasn't designed to deal with the Huff. I had a real problem with lens fog, frost and even a thin layer of ice on the lens at one point. As a result, some of the Trail and Aid Station photos aren't very sharp, or show a fuzzy spot. Many photos were lost completely.

When I came in off the One Loop Run, I changed into dry clothing and switched cameras to go back out on the trails for more photos (walking this time). You'll find the images in "More Trails 1, 2 and 3" are a lot sharper.

My apologies to a few people who were running close by and probably expected to see their picture here.

Maybe a waterproof housing next year?
